Charge 3 distance accuracy issue

Fitbit was counting my distance, then seems to no longer count the distance correct.  It is shorter then it used to be.  I adjusted stride length but that didn't change anything.

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your distance traveled.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your distance properly.
