Disgusted. Charge 3 no longer syncs with iPhone bluetooth; I’ve tried all the suggested “solutions” none worked. Spoke to Fitbit - they know about the issue and asked me to be patient until a fix is developed. P.S. Nice to know Fitbit spent time editing my comments here, yet can’t find us all a solution.

Yeah, I just did a 45 minute workout and have no active minutes.  Very discouraged

I hope they hurry!  My Fitbit is linked to my work health insurance account.  My premiums will double if there is inactivity.  -ugh-

Oh no. Have you heard any word on a fix. Are they going to warranty them?

Exact same situation I'm having. The device itself seems to still be working (recording steps and heart rate, etc) but it is not connecting at all with the app. And, since there's no way to sync the device without the app, it's frustratingly useless.

(I have also attempted all the steps of hard resets, reinstalls and repairing and am now treated to the endless hanging "connecting to Fitbit..." message)

Ugg. I don't think for me it's the update though because I used my old
Samsung 7 which doesn't have the new update in it and it still wouldn't
sink

It was a Ricky road, but eventually it was able to sync. Hopefully it won’t have any further problems.

They sent a link to a troubleshooting guide. I’d been through it before to
get it working in just the second week of owning it.
It’s working. Don’t want to have to go through this regularly. Seems to be
an issue if you read other owners’ experiences, and not my watch.

I have an android and it stopped syncing back in December, I have tried all the reset suggestions multiple times, I engaged in a customer service online chat that was unable to resolve the issue.  Ultimately I was told that I would be contacted by the support team. That was over a month ago and I have still not been contacted!

My Charge 3 has not synced correctly with my IPhone 8 Plus for over a week now. The only way it works is if the Charge 3 is plugged in and my phone is plugged in side by side

On a good note I emailed them and they've gotten back to me within 12
hours. I've emailed them back so hopefully this gets resolved soon

Update: I got help from fitbit support. I had to do a long list of things and lost all my data but I am syncing again. Yayz

I am trying to set up my new Charge 3 and sync with my iphone 8. I downloaded the Fitbit app to my phone. My Bluetooth is on. The app located my Charge 3  which is now almost fully charged. But I can go no further. I get the spinning wheel with the message 'Connecting to tracker

It may be your battery settings. Android is pretty aggressive at optimising battery settings. You need to unoptimise the battery for fitbit https://youtu.be/a91CDZh3LlQ
