Charge 3 screen dark and missing lines/pixels

I have had my Charge 3 since late Oct last year. I have changed all the settings to make it darker but I can hardly read it ever unless it is dark out. It is also missing a lot of lines through it totally. I have restarted it all the different ways but it always comes back the same. Any other suggestions? TIA

THIS IS ALSO HAPPENING WITH MY CHARGE 3. THREE DARK LINES/MISSING PIXELS ARE ACROSS THE TOP OF SCREEN. I'VE RESTARTED AND UPDATED, THEY ARE STILL THERE.

If the dark lines are still on your Charge 3 display, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. I have the same issues with my Charge 3, lines running through the top half of the display and the display is very dark, can only really see it properly when in the dark. I love my Fitbit and would like these issues resolved. I have tried restarting it and always update. Please help!

I am having the same issue, cannot read in the day with lines across screen and the tracker loses GPS when I lock my phone after connecting. Please help and raise with support team.

This has happened to my Charge 3 and is getting worse.  Soon I will not be able to figure out the time.

I am having the same issue-the green lights have stopped flashing and I have a pixelated screen.  I have done numberous resets and cant get the flashing lights to come back on and I can see parts of the screen howver pixels are missing.  It is still syncing however it is not holding a charge very well.
