Charge 3 does NOT sync/bluetooth

Disgusted. Charge 3 no longer syncs with iPhone bluetooth; I’ve tried all the suggested “solutions” none worked. Spoke to Fitbit - they know about the issue and asked me to be patient until a fix is developed. P.S. Nice to know Fitbit spent time editing my comments here, yet can’t find us all a solution.

Now I must report that my Charge 3 is not syncing yet again. This should not be happening, Fitbit folks!

How long does it take u guys to get Samsung Galaxy s10 plus compatible with Fitbit

My fitbit will not update my sleep it started today. It last synched at 11:08 am this morning and when i try to sync it now at 10 pm i keep getting an error  saying to cancel the sync and restart it . Which i do. I have rebooted my phone and checked that i have the lastest up date. I work over night so I  sleep in the daytime. .

Im sorry to hear you are having the problem we all are having. Look at some of the previous post on how to reset it. If this doesn't work then call FitBit and they will help you. I hope you get reconnected soon!

I have an iPhone 6S and 8. Cannot pair Bluetooth with Charge 3

I am having difficulties with syncing my charge 3. I tried the suggested solutions and my tracker is still not syncing. I've restarted my bluetooth several times, restarted my phone several times, logged off of Fitbit and back on several times, all to no avail. I'm very frustrated. It's bad enough the black lines on my charge 3 screen will not clear up, now this!

Calling Fit Bit may be the next step. So sorry you are having difficulty!

am having the same problem since 6/30/19.  I can synch the Charge 3 to my Android phone a Samsung J3 phone

Just switch to a Samsung watch work as good as the Fitbit Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S10+.

I've actually switched to a Withings watch. It is so much less trouble as compared to any fitbit or Samsung galaxy where you are constantly worried about a charge. (to say nothing of the complications of syncing) 

OK, the Withings is not quite as sexy as the other two, but I only have to charge it once every 3-4 weeks, and I get an actual watch, heart rate, steps, sleep and other things..like more water resistant. I can count my own stairs. Life is so much easier for me without all of the "tech" accoutrements. My workouts are now much more low key. I practically own Fitbit with all of the **ahem** gear I've bought from them over the years.  No more!! KISS!

The first week I had my charge 3, all was well. Then I charged it. After that, no more notifications— the best part of the device, in my opinion!  Every time I try to “sync all day” I get a “Bluetooth pairing failed” notification. I’ve rebooted my Fitbit, my phone, and deleted and re-loaded the app. All to no avail.

Has there been a fix for this issue? I'm just now having this problem and I've had my Charge 3 for 9 months and I have an iphone X. It will not sync automatically and it takes forever to get it to sync as it can't detect the bluetooth. I've tried all the fixes and nothing works. And I can't find any way to get hold of fitbit technical to get help! So disappointing.....

I had this problem a couple of times with my Samsung Android phone.
I kept powering my phone off and on and finally the Bluetooth connection
started working again. I 've had my Charge 3 for about a year and I've
had the same problems a couple of times but I eventually got it working
again. But it is frustrating. It takes me about a week to get it working
again just powering the devices off and on and repeatedly trying to synch
them.

Hey ukldy56 (Jogger)....unfortunately there was no fix. The goid news they sent me a new Charge 3 and I've had no problems since. Call and see if they can help you. Thxs

I wish I could help, but to the best of my knowledge there isn’t a fix.

I've experienced no problems atall with Samsung s10 and tabs6. Have been using both for about 12 months.
