Disgusted. Charge 3 no longer syncs with iPhone bluetooth; I’ve tried all the suggested “solutions” none worked. Spoke to Fitbit - they know about the issue and asked me to be patient until a fix is developed. P.S. Nice to know Fitbit spent time editing my comments here, yet can’t find us all a solution.

My fitbit will not update my sleep it started today. It last synched at 11:08 am this morning and when i try to sync it now at 10 pm i keep getting an error saying to cancel the sync and restart it . Which i do. I have rebooted my phone and checked that i have the lastest up date. I work over night so I sleep in the daytime. .

Best AnswerI am having difficulties with syncing my charge 3. I tried the suggested solutions and my tracker is still not syncing. I've restarted my bluetooth several times, restarted my phone several times, logged off of Fitbit and back on several times, all to no avail. I'm very frustrated. It's bad enough the black lines on my charge 3 screen will not clear up, now this!

Best AnswerI've actually switched to a Withings watch. It is so much less trouble as compared to any fitbit or Samsung galaxy where you are constantly worried about a charge. (to say nothing of the complications of syncing)
OK, the Withings is not quite as sexy as the other two, but I only have to charge it once every 3-4 weeks, and I get an actual watch, heart rate, steps, sleep and other things..like more water resistant. I can count my own stairs. Life is so much easier for me without all of the "tech" accoutrements. My workouts are now much more low key. I practically own Fitbit with all of the **ahem** gear I've bought from them over the years. No more!! KISS!
Best AnswerThe first week I had my charge 3, all was well. Then I charged it. After that, no more notifications— the best part of the device, in my opinion! Every time I try to “sync all day” I get a “Bluetooth pairing failed” notification. I’ve rebooted my Fitbit, my phone, and deleted and re-loaded the app. All to no avail.

Best AnswerHas there been a fix for this issue? I'm just now having this problem and I've had my Charge 3 for 9 months and I have an iphone X. It will not sync automatically and it takes forever to get it to sync as it can't detect the bluetooth. I've tried all the fixes and nothing works. And I can't find any way to get hold of fitbit technical to get help! So disappointing.....
