Disgusted. Charge 3 no longer syncs with iPhone bluetooth; I’ve tried all the suggested “solutions” none worked. Spoke to Fitbit - they know about the issue and asked me to be patient until a fix is developed. P.S. Nice to know Fitbit spent time editing my comments here, yet can’t find us all a solution.

Now my charge 3 has stopped syncing as well. I tried following through these steps and it won't re-pair.

Nope. Even tried resetting to factory setting and just starting from scratch. Now it won’t connect at all. So it’s basically a $125 paperweight.

This is unbelievably frustrating. Mine is just stuck forever on the screen that says "We found your tracker" and "connecting to tracker" on my iPhone 8. Been trying for two days now. Nothing.
How much longer are all of us who are having this Bluetooth sync issue going to have to put up with this?

I have what looks like the same issue. My charge 3 does not show up in my iPhone's (5s) list of Bluetooth devices. It was in there but would not connect. I told the iPhone to "forget the device". Now it never shows up in the list. However my Windows 10 desktop connects and synchs just fine. This started a few weeks back. I noticed that I wasn't getting notifications.
No fix yet?

Hey there @susanshack, @Kmercer, @Gollom72, @BJC2019, and @rozyb! Sorry to hear your Charge 3 devices aren't syncing yet. Thanks for trying the suggestions provided above.
Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date as long with the OS on your iOS device. Then, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 3 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device". You can start with the set up process now. Let me know if this helps.

Hello @MattKnepp! If your phone is managing multiple Bluetooth connections simultaneously:
These interruptions are typically caused by operating system and Bluetooth limitations. It's also possible that an app on your phone is causing the issue.
Since your Charge 3 is syncing to your Windows 10 computer, it should sync to your iPhone. Please try:

The Charge 3 has been working OK for week or more but this morning it recorded my 7am activity and then nothing but actual steps taken until I did the 15 second restart at about 10:30am. It seems to be synching again, but only time will tell.
Not happy, Jan.

I have now tried all of suggestions to get my charge 3 to re-pair with Bluetooth. No joy. When I go through the setup process on my Windows 10 with the tracker in the charger the app begins looking for the tracker. The tracker buzzes but the app cannot find it. It was in the Bluetooth devices but one of the suggestions was to remove it, so I did. Now I cannot download my daily stats to any of my devices. So at this point my device has been rendered useless as anything more than a clock and step counter. I have evolved with Fitbit through many versions of their devices. I have not yet given in to the pressure from the family to move to an iWatch. I am disappointed that Fitbit has added to the compelling evidence to switch.
I am at a loss as to what to do from here. I am not willing to buy another Fitbit and risk ending up in this same place. But I really don't want to start up the learning curve of the iWatch.
Fitbit please help!
Matthew

I have now tried all of the tips both in this post and in this one "Why won't my Fitbit device sync?"
Still no luck. The app hasn't synced since Thursday.
Using Samsung Galacy S7. All updates on phone and app has been done.
I have had syncing issues before, but the tips posted have then worked. Not this time.

Just wanted to give an update. After many, many attempts to pair I was successful.
What I did was, and I don't know if this will work again or I was just lucky, was to turn off my Windows PC entirely. Then I went through the setup procedure with my iPhone (5s). Low and behold it showed up and paired. Yea baby!
Additionally the Charge 3 now shows on my Windows PC BUT it will not pair or sync from there.
