Hi guys.
I have tried everything and nothing works.
I restarted the device, i got a smiley, my tracker gets detected by my ios device (app) but it asks for a pin code to pair the device but the tracker wont display it.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Welcome on board @azzz! Thanks for the steps you've taken in order to solve the set up difficulties. Nice way to go!
Please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the Charge 3 is it's still listed there. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 3 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" or "Unpair".
Once you've made sure about that, restart your Fitbit once again. Then, try setting it up by following the steps provided in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? or Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Let me know if the steps provided work, I'll be around.

Best AnswerI have the same problem and have been trying for several days to resolve this. (I've turned off and on so many times in various orders. I've unpaired my Charge 2... I'm SO sick of this not giving me the pin code!)
