Charge 3 doesn't keep the charge

My charge 3 doesn't keep the charge anymore.  Is it the battery ?  I don't want to buy a new one.

If your Fitbit won't charge properly, there are a number of things you can try to get it working again. Make sure the Fitbit's charging contacts are clean, dry, and seated properly in their charger. If possible, try to restart your Fitbit, or use a different charger.

having the same issue... wont charge.. found another charger...wont charge.. cleaned contacts ... wont charge.. what else is recommended
