Charge 3 doesn't receive notifications from my Huawei P40 pro

Hi!

I change my phone back in november with a huawei p40 pro. I got the fitbit app from their store but i have trouble with the notification. I manage to make it work 2 times, don't know exactly how i did it🤔. On the app it says to enable notifications and to restart my phone. It doesn't even show the message with wash my hands and the other stuff. It worked perfectly fine when i had a Samsung.

Hello @Silvia30, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting!

The Fitbit app was optimized to work on any mobile device that meet the requirements listed in this link. As the link says, despite meeting the requirements, there are some Huawei devices that may experience some compatibility inconveniences that cause the products and services to not operate accordingly.

In the meantime, you may try these troubleshooting steps suggested in this link: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

For the motivational messages or reminders, please confirm that you have them enabled. To confirm this, please do the following:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image > Health & Wellness Reminders.
  2. Make sure "Wash your hands" is enabled.

Hope this helps!
