Yet again my charge 3 has stopped tracking my exercise I have had this issue before it started to work and today after doing the latest update it’s now stopped again. I had a 70 minute walk and it’s showing 70 active minutes however it doesn’t register as a walk in my exercise goals. I’ve been in touch with Fitbit before regarding this and have tried all the troubleshooting but still not working. Please get this issue sorted out it’s so frustrating. Any tips would be appreciated

Hello there @Flo71, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. We apologze for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that your Exercise Goal is not updating your data correctly. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details provided. If you haven't done so yet, try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Try changing the exercise goal one more time.

If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply. That way I can further investigate.

I'll look forward to your response.
