Hi, 

 

i have a charge 3 and I swim 5 days a week, but whenever I swim it never tracks my heart beat. I have tried starting my workout before I swim and just letting it auto recognize but it never works. I don’t know if there’s a setting or way to fix this or not. Please help because I need to show my heart rate zones for school.

It seems that we can't track heart rate when swimming. Fitbit say "Note that heart-rate tracking is disabled during your swim workout." Taken from: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2087.htm
