Charge 3 exercise information inaccurate

I used workout on my charge 3 this morning, started at 7:07 am and stopped at 9:07 am ...the workout details show 1 hour 21 min and 3 seconds.  if you look at the heart rate chart it shows 1hr 59 minutes and like 30 seconds....so 2 hours. The calories and steps are incorrect as well.  I tried editing the time to start and stop and it's already set at the correct time.  Just started today.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this exercise issue and would like to know if you keep experiencing this problem? What troubleshoot have you tried so far?.
