Charge 3 failed tracking GPS data

My charge 3 failed to track my way back during my cycling route. Returned home the same way. Total time was correct but calories, total km and speed were incorrect! It’s like I had been just burning fat on my way back.. no cardio or peak.. Any clue why is this? Cheers

@Mendonis I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing GPS data from your biking exercise. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

I also moved your post to the correct board.

Let me know how it goes.
