Yesterday I told you about my Charge 3 being able to sync active minutes, etc but failed to recognize my 45mins exercise. I thought it was a one-off glitch. However, today as i try to sync again after a workout, it says "sync complete" but stats remain the same as if i just woke up.
I tried to change the clock face in the hopes that it will do a sync. It failed the installation. I tried to hook it up on the charger and reset. And it flatlined!
What can be done to resolve this? Im getting really frustrated with fitbit.

I’m having the same issue, literally have done everything to try and fix it but on the website It says they are working on fixing it

It worked eventually. I was ready to throw it off the wall (kidding) so I removed it from the cradle. The smiley face appeared and the sync completed this time. But it lost the exercise i did yesterday. Have you tried this as well?

I was having troubles restarting it so i went on my actual Fitbit and under setting you can reset it there as well. Mine finally did sync but Still acting a little weird. I was also kinda frustrated thought I lost my workout I did today but it did go through. Sucks you had to loose yours!!
