I have had my Charge 3 for almost two years. Recently it began flipping between the clock and DND. It eats up battery in less than two days and takes a very long time to charge in the first place. I have reset my tracker using the 8 and 15 second methods. Fix does not last. I have turned off Blue tooth and turned on again. Nothing seems to fix the problem,

Thank you for your help. I called and received a credit toward a replacement, as my warranty had expired. I am very happy with the resolution, and the person I spoke with was very efficient and professional.
