Charge 3 getting notifications while sleeping

I have it set to turn notifications off while I am sleeping, yet last night I got awoken as I was just going to sleep with a notification of a text. I ended up taking off my Fitbit but I want the info on the sleep stages. How can I be assured I will not be woken up as I am trying to go to sleep?

Welcome to the Forums, @R2fit.

I recommend making sure you have set correctly this option by swiping to settings from your Charge 3 and in the "Notifications during Sleep" you need to see "Off". If this is correctly set, you can try the restart process by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I followed the instructions to restart my device , this is what the instructions say “swipe to Settings and tap Reboot Device. ”
But when I swipe to settings on my charge 3 Reboot device is not an option . The only options I have are for : Brightness , Vibration , Heart rate , notifications during sleep .

This is very frustrating, that the instructions given for the charge 3 do not match the device .
