I started off with blank screen on charge 3, managed to reset it, yesterday had a line going along the top and white lines down the right side, today only got half a screen. My charge 3 was fine until i wore it to go swimming 2 weeks ago which the instructions say it's waterproof to 50m - i only done breaststroke

I have the same problem now. I restarted my fitbit charge 3 many times it only shows half screen and then it will turn black and cant see anything

I have a FitBitCharge 3 - it's about 3 months old and half the screen is blank. I've reset it, I've changed the Clock Face, I've fully chargd it - I've changed the brightness setting to Normal - back to Auto.....I've tried everything and still only have half screen - it's like the "lights" have gone out on half the screen - I have never gotten it wet - I wipe the screen daily - I clean the wrist band - I am so careful - this is my 3rd FitBit in 5 years - considering just buying an Apple Watch 😞

I'm also having the same problem. I've been a Fitbit user for the past five years. I purchased my first fitbit Charge 3 in 2015, it's strap loop broke in 2018. 2018 I purchase my Charge 3 because of the water proof and heart rate features (I have mitral valve prolapse). Dec. 2019 the strap broke and I replaced it. Thank you for the easy strap replacement feature. Feb 2020 now only half the screen lights up. I really think it should work longer then just a year. Is this just a problem with the Fitbit Charge 3. I would like to get another but I can't keep replacing them every year. Thank you for you time.

Was there any way to fix by resetting? I took mine swimming last week and now half the screen is black too.
