Help.
I've tried all the suggestions as to have the black screen gone and back to normal screen. Nothing seems to work... 8 secs or 15 secs didn't do anything. It'll vibrate and that's about it.
I'm back to using my old Alta
I'm at my wits end now. Any other suggestions would be appreciated besides chucking it.

To change the clock face of the Fitbit Charge 3 please click the Fitbit Charge 3 icon.
The Bluetooth of Fitbit devices is always on. There is no option to turn it off/on.
