My charge 3 has blank screen. It is fully charged and syncing to the app.
1. I have tried to reset multiple times holding button for 8 seconds while on charger. It vibrates, then stops, no smiley face. Does not come on.
2. I have switched clock faces.
3. I have shut off Bluetooth.
4. I have done software updates
