Charge 3 screen has gone gray and difficult to see. Also not receiving text/phone notifications. Rebooted/restarted several times did not fix. All settings are as they should be

Did you check you are not in Sleep Mode?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It’s only in sleep mode 10 pm to 6 am and has been that way all along. I will take it off and see if it makes a difference. Doesn’t explain the gray striped screen though.

I didn't realize "striped".  I just took "gray and difficult to see" to mean not bright enough.

Sorry, I should’ve been more specific. The screen is gray with two black lines through it. Tracking seems to be working ok.

That probably throws out my Sleep Mode suggestion.

Thanks anyway. It seems to be a fairly common problem but I haven’t seen any solutions.

Hello @Sssrrreee54. Welcome to the community forums! @JohnnyRow Nice to see you around and thanks for your great input!

@Sssrrreee54 Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed. Besides the information provided on JohnnyRow's post, I also recommend reviewing this help article to troubleshoot any inconvenience with notifications: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

For the display issue, I also recommend reviewing this thread that contains tips and suggestions on how to help with screen inconveniences.

Hope this helps.
