Charge 3 has blurred screen

This is the 3rd fitbit that has lasted less than 2 years.   I have tried all suggested repairs and fitbit will only offer a 35% discount toward another fitbit, the same thing they offered me with the other 2 devices as the warranty is good for only 1 year.   Buyer beware as their products do not last and they have lost a long time customer

Sorry to hear about your unresponsive Charge 3 and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
