Hi, I am seeing lines running across my display horizontally. They seem to be getting worse and worse. I have tried restarting and changing the clock face. It was a gift last Christmas.. it shouldn't be breaking down after less than a year of use. Any other solutions? Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. I did the long restart as you suggested, but it has not made any difference unfortunately.
