Fitbit replacement again with many problems

My fitbit was replaced earlier this year as it stopped working completely. After a couple of months I have NUMEROUS problems again. Its losing charge in a couple of hours.  It doesn't track my sleep. And since yesterday the sensor light stays red. I have tried all the different reboots NUMEROUS times ( which does not at all work as described in your help functions). I don't know if I must just give up and buy another brand....

O and my heart rate is also not working...
