I too have horizontal lines on my Charge 3, purchased in March this yr.
I have tried all the remedies previously posted with no improvement .Please advise.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't specify what have you tried so I would like to confirm if you have restarted your tracker?

I’m also having the same issue I have 2 lines missing on my charge 3 I have tried the long reset with the charger and also rebooted on my Fitbit itself and have also tried changing the clock face but these 2 lines are still missing is there anything else I can try?

Hi my Fitbit 3 was a replacement for a Fitbit 3 now this one has the same problem horizontal lines on screen and it’s very faint can hardly read what’s on the screen
same happened to my previous 3

I am having same issues. Did hard restart, normal restart. This is my third Charge 3. Last year they gave me a refurbished one because it was out of warranty, and I had to PAY $120 towards it for refurbished one, under impression they would be sending a new one like last time otherwise I wouldn’t have shelled out money. just like a car problems start after it to get $$. Now I am contemplating since this would be my 4th, but can’t decide to bite the bullet and try the Apple Watch. Just tired of every year something new happens, wouldn’t charge, blank screen, and now this SMH
