Hi Angie,
I bought my Fitbit Charge 3 in May 2019 and before it was one year old, I began having various problems with it (all fixable but a pain in †he you know what to constantly be dealing with) until today while speaking with customer support they told me they think my Fitbit is defective! lol Well, HELLO. Now it's out of warranty! I had ended up using it only as an expensive alarm clock on my nightstand but now it's not even any good for that because the time is 4 minutes slow and according to Support, this cannot be fixed after we walked through all possible troubleshooting / proactive solutions! I too, felt like I sunk money into something that only lasted one year and never lived up to the expectations and advertised features of the product.
