I started getting lines across screen about 6 weeks ago tried the 8 second reset loads of times always get the smiley face at the end but nothing changes. Now the screen has started to dim as well and cannot see anything sometimes so tried the 15 second rest but 6 times and still no improvement this is still under guarantee can I return this as keep getting directed to this forum every time I try to request a return. Any help appreciated.

Hi @Chrisy46, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it has lines across the screen and it started to dim also. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Before we check out the warranty status of your tracker, I'd like you to try one more workaround, which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.

I still had the original clock face it was set at when I got it. But have tried changing to 4 different ones and its till the same. Also put it back to original one again but no change in fact on most it looked even worse.

I tried this, but it didn't work. It's also not holding a charge anymore.

The same thing happened to me. I reset it a couple of times and now there are even more lines on the screen.
