- Who Voted for this post?
Woke up this morning and it was fine - checked my sleep, etc. About 2 hours later when I was getting ready for a walk I went to start the exercise on my Charge 3 and was greeted with a bunch of jumbled lines and dots.
I tried restarting it with the charger, but nothing fixed it. I can swipe around, but obviously can't see what the screen is. It continues to send step/heart rate/etc data to the app, so everything seems to be working but the display.
Any way to fix this? I bought it almost exactly 23 months ago.
Oh, and I can't seem to post a picture to show the screen - clicking the camera icon gives me a form with Insert/Edit Image and fields for Source, Image Description, Dimentions, and a checkbox for Constrain proportions (I tried it in Chrome, Edge, and IE to the same effect)
