All of a sudden today the screen on my Charge 3 has greyish vertical lines on it. I have tried doing the restart as suggested when I googled the issue and also changing the clock face but it’s still the same. I do wear it whilst washing the dishes but always have done so don’t think it’s that as it’s meant to be waterproof anyway. How can I resolve this annoying issue?

Given that you have already tried the restart, the recommendation would be to contact customer support who can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
