Hi my Fitbit Charge 3 screen has multiple black lines on the screen and i unpaired all my fitbit devices so when i want to repair it and get the code i only see half of the code and can't really make out what it says. Thanks

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried the steps mentioned in this thread to resolve screen issues?
