I have tried all the guidance to fix this issue however nothing is working. This is my second screen issue with my Fitbit that I have had for just over a year. That's as well as the strap breaking too. Not as impressed with my device anymore...

I had the same problem a few months ago. Got in touch with Fitbit and they replaced it for me.
