Charge 3 heart rate and display issues

My Charge 3 has recently started developing issues. I woke up 2 days ago, and the screen had random white streaks through almost the entire screen with some fading occurring.

 

Now, as of today the heart rate tracker isn’t working properly. I restarted my Fitbit several times, and nothing happened or seem to change. It is only a year old, and I need to have a working one for school. 

 

Is there any way to fix it, and have it go back to normal?

Thanks for troubleshooting these issues. Regarding the display, I recommend checking this post and follow the instructions provided there.

 

Now about the heart rate, follow the ones in the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?.
