For the last 3 days, my charge 3 has been recording about 45 mins of my sleep every night, when I normally get about 6 hours. I’m not really sure how to fix this. I’ve updated both my app and my device and nothing has changed. Does anyone know why it might have stopped working all of a sudden?

Please restart your Charge 3 as advised in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it records your sleep data accurately.
