Im getting my mail on my fitbit but a lot! I get 3 times a signal from the same mail. And it keeps on giving signals. When I have read my mail and removed it from fitbit, it will give again a signal. Ive tried everything to get ONE time a signal when I receive a mail. Also when I’m near my phone and walk away...when I returned to my phone I get ANOTHER signal from several mails...its very annoying!

Hi there @Smoon44, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to troubleshoot the notifications on your Charge 3 prior to contacting us.

I'd recommend to restart your Charge 3 by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Then, please set up your notifications again. To do so, remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings, turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use and set up your Charge 3 as a new device and set up the notifications again.

Give this a go and let me know if you stop receiving the same notification several times after reading or deleting it. Keep me posted.
