Hi! I am really frustrated with Fitbit right now, I have had a charge 3 for about a year, contacted customer service about the fact that when i start a workout and go to connect my Fitbit to my phone GPS, 50% of the time it won’t work, it says open the Fitbit app, phone can’t be found. My phone is an iPhone 6s. Fitbit help told me to disconnect my device and reconnect it, that worked for about a week, now it’s back to not connecting. Even if I try ten times, with the app open and my Fitbit on top of my phone, it won’t connect! Obviously I can’t disconnect and reconnect my device every time I want to go for a run!!
