Same issue. I can get the screen to show a partial smiley face randomly but it won't charge or do anything else! I tried charging it again & it got extremely hot, had to unplug it 😞

I just had the exact same issue with my charge 3 and was searching online for a fix when I came across this post. Seems to be a common issue. Shame on Fitbit for not recalling this device.

I have been having the same problem for the past two days. Battery just died, recharged and died again overnight, charged again and died in a couple of hours and now today charged it and had to take it off the charger because it was so hot.
Can you help?
