My charge 3 has stopped counting steps accurately about an hour ago.. I could walk over100 steps and get credit for 5... What happened?.. a bad update?

Hi @Blueyed62, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped tracking steps accurately.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
