Charge 3 is not syncing, the app says looking

My charge 3 hasn't synced in 5 days now. Tried restarting, uninstalling the app, the system is all up to date, turning off and on Bluetooth and yet nothing works

My strategy for sync problems is to restart (not factory reset) device, and reboot phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Also note @theepshi  replied to me that had restarted several times but seemingly ignored the part I said about rebooting phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
