I’ve been having some issues over the past couple of days with my Charge 3. At first it wouldn’t sync so thought I’d just restart the Fitbit but didn’t work. I’ve tried “ignore this device” on Bluetooth, I’ve uninstalled the app then installed it again. I’ve tried adding it to my husband’s phone app, and it won’t connect. Now Bluetooth is struggling to find it and when it does I’m still left with the same problem...it won’t sync?!? Can anyone offer any advice please. This is driving me mad!

I'm very sorry for the experience! Since you have unpaired your Fitbit Charge 3, I believe you need to repeat the setup process one more time. For this, you will need to follow the steps below:
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. If you have still inconveniences to setup, please check: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
