Hi, I’ve recently had a third replacement Charge 3 after the screen went and it couldn’t be charged. Now I am regularly finding it’s not tracking sleep properly and saying I only
slept for a couple of hours. I can manually amend this but don’t get a sleep score and just get a basic reading. I know it sometimes says this is because it hasn’t had an accurate heart rate reading but my heart rate is tracking fine all night. I also currently have Premium. What is going on? Is this another thing that requires a fix?

Hi @MrsHRH40, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the sleep tracking issue. Due to this, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.
Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
