My Fitbit screen is stuck on the timer it is sinking to the app but nothing on screen have put on charger it shows that it is 50% charged tried to restart and it didn’t do it.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your the screen of your Charge 3 is stuck on the timer screen. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
