Charge 3 is unresponsive

My charge 3 won't start up and won't recharge.I have rebooted it and tried to recharge in on numerous occasions.It just remains dead.When I press the side button it always lands one the end page.

Hi @Sivenassen, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the start up issues that your Charge 3 has experienced.

 

I got in touch with our Support team and was told that they will contact you via email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
