Charge 3 isn't registering my sleep

I’ve had my charge 3 for 9 months. It’s always worked and synced fine. Always show my sleep. since Saturday the sleep has stopped working. I’ve reset it and followed all online instructions To fix but nothing is working. Any suggestions?

I have this problem too, have reset and synced to no avail, should I call support?

Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep issue. If your tracker isn't registering this information, I recommend following these steps:

  1. Manually sync the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the Fitbit on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in the help article: How do I edit my sleep history in the Fitbit app?

Nothing helps. Software issues have plagued the Charge 3 since I got mine 2 years ago. Currently I am on 2 weeks without tracking my sleep. About ready to toss it in the garbage. None of the fixes have ever worked. The Charge 3 will go back to working for a while then it won't work at all. Very Frustrating

I have tried  all of the suggestions. I have synced, restarted, and slept with it on the opposite wrist. I still have no sleep data whatsoever. What next?  Very disappointed .
