Charge 3 isn't syncing

My Charge 3 has stopped syncing. Applied all suggested techniques on other relevant posts but nothing is working. Removed on blue tooth- reset- checked updates- nothing is working. Any ideas?

I have not been able to sync my phone to fitbit for almost 2 days now, the help I have received is inadequate to say the least!
