Charge 3 won’t open on phone done all required more then once don’t say turn off, reload, or download again. Mall steps have been done. Fitbit is less then 3 months old and my second one.

Thanks for troubleshooting the issues you are having with your Charge 3, but can you please be more specific about this problem? What troubleshoot have you tried so far?.
