Charge 3 keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth

Ever since I updated Fitbit this month,  I’ve had nothing but issues with syncing & constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth. I have removed the device off the app & on my phone. Majority time when I add the Fitbit it’s stuck on connecting & won’t pair. I’m constantly doing this 10-15 times & when I it does pairs, it will drop again & no longer sync after 5-10 mins. I’m so frustrated & I’ve been trying everyday for almost a week, I’m at the point where I’m leaning towards getting an Apple Watch

Thanks for the details shared on your post, as well for your efforts while working on this matter. Because you mentioned it disconnects from Bluetooth, do you receive an error message when trying to sync? Is the Fitbit app updated? In the meantime, please try the following to reconnect your tracker to your account:

  1. On your iPhone's settings, tap Bluetooth and forget your Charge 3 from the list.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 3 with your charging cable.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Charge 3, tap Replace Device and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hope this helps.
