I purchased a charge 3 for my husband last Christmas and the screen has lines and the band spilt in two. I have tried all suggested tips to fix this issue. This should not have happened. It's not even a year old. Normal everyday wear should not cause this issue. This is the second fit bit that I had it happen. Too much money spent on these devices. Where's the support on this?

Hi @DBiek, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your husband's Charge 3 has split in two and it shows lines across. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, please restart your husband's Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
