Charge 3 lines on the screen

Can you help? My Charge 3 screen has turned light grey, as if over exposed with 7 horizontal lines on it.

I've tried to restart my device and it’s made no difference. 
Advice welcome.

Since the lines on the screen didn't go away after the restart, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Hi I'm wounder g if anyone can help my fitbit charge 3 screen has gone grey with horizontal lines I've done factory rest and quick restart and it hasn't helped I've also tried updati g which didn't help either its only 18 months old.
