Charge 3 long reset stalled

My Charge 3 started randomly vibrating and cycling through screens. It didn’t respond to the first short (8 second hold) restart, so I tried again and then it displayed Error 001. I then tried the 15 second long restart: first time didn’t work, second time the progress bar stalled out between the 6th and 7th vibrations, and third time it’s been stalled at that same spot for nearly 2 hours.

 

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions for fixing it?
