My Charge 3 is loosing time. Does anyone else have this problem? Can it be fixed?

I recommend confirming that your Charge 3 is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
Time on your tracker should be corrected when you sync it.
