I’m on my 2nd charge 3 (my 1st was replaced due to fault) every morning it is at least 10 minutes behind and it won’t sync. For the last 3 days I’ve had to remove device and start again just to get it to the right time. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? It’s frustrating and time consuming having to go through this every day just to have a (not very)smart watch tell the time!

Hi @SamanthaJ82 removing the device from the phones Bluetooth can be helpful. Removing the device from the app and your account. Is not helpful.
Try these steps.
